We work
in collaboration with Centell
who have developed an excellent range of feedback tools to increase self-awareness
and help individuals and teams to better understand their strengths and areas
for development.

Anne Lonsdale was a member of the Centell team for 5 years during
the late 1980's - early 1990's working internationally. She has
many years experience of using these feedback tools.

You will answer a self-questionnaire and invite 6 others (observers)
to answer a questionnaire on you. We suggest you select 6 people
who know you in different ways as a leader and who you have regular
contact with. We also encourage you to invite your partner or a
close friend from outside the work context to complete one of the
questionnaires. It is crucial that you enable your observers to
be open and honest. Full feedback and analysis is given during the
workshop, and the names of observers will be on their feedback.
