Our team
working courses involve working with real teams to enhance the way they work together.
At vita-brevis, we design tailor-made team development experiences and group team-building
workshops in order to have a high impact. Our philosophy is to select unforgettable
venues for each team working course, to enhance learning and to provide an environment
conducive to being open and relaxed.
Developing
Leadership Skills
We encourage
the team's leader to participate in the UK Leadership
Development Path programme before we work with their team on the team
working course. The team's leader will then assist us with the development of
the team working course, helping design the delivery and utilising their new leadership
skills. This is an excellent way of continuing their own development, whilst developing
their team.
When
working with a team of senior leaders we suggest that each member of the team
participates in a separate group on the Leadership Development Path. We then design
complementary team working interventions to take place involving the whole team.
