Leadership Development Path Taster Workshops

The aim of this workshop is to:

• Give you an inspiring learning experience
• Provide you with a taster of our six-month Leadership Development Path and an insight into our unique approach to developing leaders
• Explore your vision and purpose as a leader
• Get real experiences that help you to understand the impact you have on others
• Provide you with feedback on your preferred leadership style (20 minutes online preparation required before the workshop)
• Introduce you to vita-brevis 7 themes:
  • risk taking
  • learning from different perspectives
  • building trust.
  • living with uncertainty
  • opening minds & changing mindsets
  • stretching comfort zones
  • innovation & creativity

Who is it for?

All those involved in making decisions about leadership development within their organisation

Where?

We do not disclose specifically what we do or where we go.  Participants should not reveal where they work or what they do until the end of the day, which helps to give a real experience of the 7 themes.
We use a number of interesting venues in central Glasgow during this workshop.

One day of your time

At the end of the day you decide what you will pay, based on the added-value experience you have had.  We will invoice you accordingly.
