Development Path
The vita-brevis
Leadership Development Path programme requires a commitment over the course of
six months. Individuals will work in groups of nine from a wide range of organisations
and roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors. The Leadership Development
Path is a course designed to enable people to be better, more inspiring leaders,
by drawing on their whole power, mental, physical and emotional, to achieve the
impact they wish to have in the world
Leaders
will then become more clear and confident in their roles and more influential
as a result. The Leadership Development Path programme will make a positive difference
to what people do and how they are.
The Leadership
Development Path programme comprises three strands;
Having
completed the Leadership Development Path programme,
individuals often get their colleagues and team members
to participate in vita-brevis Team
Working Courses.
