We are committed to working with teams and leaders in diverse organisations with different spending power. This diversity itself adds value to our clients' experience.
To enable this, we agree with each client what their organisation can afford and what they would expect to pay for excellent leadership and team development. We believe our work should make a positive difference and that this should be reflected in what we are paid. So we ask clients,having agreed a target price, to evaluate the experience to decide what we are finally paid after they have worked with us.

Leadership Development Path

We agree with the sponsor the total fee per participant for the 6 month programme.
50% of this fee is due on booking a place.
This fee includes payment for all associated costs apart from travel expenses for meetings and coaching. This fee is non-refundable. It can be used for a replacement providing the replacement is agreed at least one month prior to the start of the programme. There will be an extra charge of £250 for a replacement being agreed less than a month prior to the start of the programme.

When an individual has completed the Development Path they will assess the value of their experience along with their sponsor and vita-brevis. The remaining 50% fee will then be invoiced, providing the participant has found the experience valuable. Travel expenses at 35p per mile are added to this final invoice.

Team working and Putting Appreciation at the Heart of Leadership

We agree with the sponsor the total fee per project. 50% of this fee is due on booking the project. We agree all associated costs which are charged together with the initial fee. This fee and the costs are non-refundable.

The remaining 50% fee is invoiced at the completion of the project providing the participants have found the experience added value.

Travel expenses at 35p per mile are added to this final invoice.
