Leadership Development Path - Group Workshops

Over the course of six months, we offer three special leadership development workshops in Scotland. These workshops are highly participative.
Our venues throughout the 6 months vary quite dramatically from frenetic and urban to a more retreat-like environment in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We believe the backdrop to the leadership workshop plays an important part in inspiring participants and ensuring an unforgettable experience. And of course, a change of scene can often help people to see things differently.

UK Leadership Development Workshops

At vita-brevis, our leadership development workshops do not involve simulated exercises - we prefer to use real issues instead. Much of the learning is about practical experience, rather than theory. This means that learning is direct and relevant and often very powerful.

Group Participation

The leadership development workshops always have a high level of participation by group members. Our workshops are challenging, enjoyable and relaxed. At vita-brevis, we have the experience to deal with the issues of group members as they emerge during the leadership development workshops.
