UK Leadership Development Path Course - Month 4

The fourth monthly event of the Leadership Development Path course is the second of three one-to-one coaching sessions.

This meeting with your coach will take place in any location you want - you should choose somewhere that inspires you. This leadership coaching session will give you a chance to focus on the most important aspects of leadership to you and to develop them further. The session will also act as a review of the recent residential workshop, and build further skills to help with the next part of the Leadership Development Path course.

Where

This will take place in an inspiring venue of your choice. We recommend somewhere other than your normal place of work.
The aim of this session is to:
Review and build on specific learning from the two leadership development workshops.
Work on the aspects of leadership which are most important to you to develop.
