UK Leadership Development Workshop - Month 3

The third monthly event of the programme is the second of three leadership development workshops. This will be a three-day residential workshop at Dalnaglar, Perthshire, in the heart of Scotland, and is in many ways a contrast to the last workshop. Before the workshop participants will have nominated observers who will
have given feedback using Centell Image<>Impact.This will be considered over the three days and there will be some challenging sessions as well as relaxing activities such as yoga, tai chi and walks in the surrounding countryside.

Included in this Leadership Development Workshop are meals and accommodation.

3 Nights residential (arrive 4.30pm Day 1 - Depart 4.30pm Day 4)

Where
The venue is a fantastic rural location in Highland Perthshire, Scotland for the sole use of the facilitators and participants. We aim to create a relaxed and comfortable environment in which there is plenty of stimulating activity and discussion as well as space for reflection. Our cook will provide delicious and healthy food, taking account of your dietary requirements and preferences.
Aims
This leadership development workshop builds on the last meeting. It is about your visions and values and how you lead others according to them. It is also about the seven vita-brevis themes of leadership, and how they can help or hinder your achievements, depending on how fully you adopt them in your life.
This leadership development workshop is very much about building self-awareness (information on feedback tools) and your overall fitness to lead physically, mentally and emotionally.
