UK Leadership Development Path Workshop - Month 2

The second monthly event of the programme is the first of three leadership development workshops. This will be a group event in Glasgow, Scotland, and will allow you to meet for the first time the other participants. You will also explore the seven vita-brevis themes of leadership in some very real ways.

Where

We use a number of venues during this first workshop, which takes place between 10am and 5-30pm.

The aim of this workshop is to:

Explore your vision and purpose as a leader.

Get real experiences that help you to understand the impact you have on others.

Consider how this compares with the impact you wish to have.

Explore the vita-brevis 7 themes in relation to leadership:

	risk taking

	learning from different perspectives

	building trust.

	living with uncertainty

	opening minds & changing mindsets

	stretching comfort zones

	innovation & creativity

We do not disclose what we do or where we go and participants should not reveal where they work or what they do which helps to give a real experience of the 7 themes.
