Leadership Development Path course will introduce the vita-brevis
7 themes and enable leaders to embrace them. They are: Risk
Taking, Stretching Comfort Zones, Innovation & Creativity,
Opening Minds & Changing mindsets, Living with Uncertainty,
Learning From Different Perspectives, and Building Trust. |

Participants
will learn to BE their best as a leader through living their
vision and values and having a clear purpose. |

By
the end of the course, leaders will have developed a high level of self awareness
and clarity about what they offer as a leader. Leaders will be more aware of what
their own role is, and what they can offer to their teams. |

Participants
will find sustainable ways to develop their natural strengths and develop useable
strategies to tackle more effectively areas of leadership they find more difficult. |

Leaders
will build strength and resilience to enable them to lead through change and adversity. |

who take part in the Leadership Development Path course will
be an inspiration to their teams and all those they come in
contact with through their lives by developing practices which
sustain positive energy and promote well-being. |

should collaborate with at least one other leader in another organisation on a
project of mutual benefit. |
