UK Leadership Development Path Course - Collaborations

The Leadership Development Path course aims to make a positive difference to individual leaders and to their effectiveness and influence within their organisations.

At vita-brevis, we are keen to encourage networking and learning from others in very different roles and organisations. Many of our clients have limited experience, if any, in sectors other than their own. Learning from different perspectives can be a very helpful way to take a fresh approach to their role.

As participants in the Leadership Development Path course are working with the same group over a 6-month period there are great opportunities to forge lasting and mutually beneficial connections with other organisations.

It can be helpful for participants in the Leadership Development Path course to think about a specific project, which would involve collaboration with one of their co-participants on the programme. This project should be targeted at a leadership issue, within their own organisation, which they can work on through the Leadership Development Path course - and possibly beyond.
